The principals at STRONACH manage all aspects of the company’s Build to Suit developments from site selection to grand opening. We take time to understand the goals of our client-tenants and work tirelessly to locate the most suitable sites and uncover the best opportunities for them. We work closely with a team of key design professionals, contractors, lenders and consultants with whom we have established relationships built on trust and a track record of success. By leveraging the ability and expertise of a thoughtfully assembled team, our capacity to complete high quality projects on time and budget is great.

LEADERSHIP

Sam Stronach
Principal

Sam Stronach is involved in all of the company’s development, investment, and brokerage activities. Sam has over 40 years’ experience in all facets of the real estate industry. Prior to forming Stronach Properties, Sam was president of Stronach Management Company where he focused on the development, construction, management and sale of commercial and residential properties. Prior to that he worked at Atlantic Savings & Loan Association and Wilson Insurance & Realty Company.

Sam is a native of Wilson, NC and a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a licensed North Carolina broker since 1974. Sam is an active member of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church and serves on the Vestry. Sam lives in Wilson with his wife.

Will Stronach
Principal

Will Stronach oversees all of the company’s development activities and tenant relationships. Will has over 14 years’ experience in the development, construction and management of commercial real estate. Prior to forming Stronach Properties, he worked for Kane Realty Corporation in Raleigh, NC where he focused on the development of retail, multifamily and mixed use projects. Prior to that, Will worked for a Washington, DC based property management company and later Rockville, MD based James G. Davis Construction Corporation, the second largest commercial general contractor in the DC MSA. At DAVIS, Will gained an in depth understanding of construction project management while working on complex, multi-year developments.

Will is a native of Wilson, North Carolina and a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and Episcopal High School. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a licensed North Carolina Broker and a LEED Accredited Professional. Will is an active member of Christ Episcopal Church in Raleigh and served on the Board of Christ Church Preschool. Will lives in Raleigh with his wife and three children.
